ABOUT ADAM GRAY PHYSIOTHERAPY

I'm a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a wealth of experience working in private practice. Having qualified with a First Class Honours in Physiotherapy in 2010, I've worked the bulk of my career in the private sector. Throughout the years, I've gained knowledge in dealing with all manner of injuries and complaints.

With a personable approach to treatment I establish good patient-therapist relationships. For me, this is one of the most important aspects of patient recovery and what makes Adam Gray Physiotherapy different. My clinic delivers the highest quality of care from an honest and committed physiotherapist who will always go the extra step. I understand how important it is to create a relaxing and comfortable environment - it's essential for patients to improve and achieve their goals.

I’m married to Sophia, Daddy to Lottie and owner of one very disobedient miniature sausage dog called Lenny Henry (named by Lottie!) - I love spending time with my family. I’m pretty obsessed with all sports, namely football and cricket, and I’m an avid Preston North End supporter! I am a keen runner and use my own experience of these sports and activities to inform my treatment.
